Earnings
The Earnings Model
Sales Commission
3–3.5% FOB
Paid on confirmed shipped orders in your territory. Rate reflects work involved and relationship maturity.
Example: £50k FOB = £1,500–1,750
Sourcing Commission
2–3% FOB
Earned when you introduce a producer and the network sells their product. Ongoing while you actively work that producer.
Max 18 months introductions · Up to 3 years active sourcing
Retainer Projects
Project Share
TWA bids for funded export projects. Agents contributing in relevant markets share in the project fee.
