For Producers
Your export department,
without the payroll.
You built a brand good enough to travel. Then the market turned: volumes down, distributors gone quiet, and the in-house export role harder to justify every quarter. Cutting the cost doesn't have to mean shelving the ambition.
Step 1
The Diagnostic
A fixed-fee review, four to six weeks. We audit your export markets and your distributor network: which distributors are actually working your brand, which markets deserve investment, and which should be cut. You get a written verdict and a plan. No ongoing commitment, and the plan is yours to keep, whoever ends up running it.
Fixed fee, quoted in the first conversation once we've seen the shape of your network, and credited against contracted management if you continue.
Step 2
Contracted export management
TWA becomes your export department under a contracted management agreement. Market research, distributor outreach, commercial negotiation, logistics and ongoing account management, run by named principals in market, reviewed against results at your preferred checkpoint. You keep your brand, your rights and your flexibility.
Step 3
Special situations
Whatever you make, someone here has traded it: beer, wine, spirits, no and low alcohol, functional drinks. And when the standard export plan isn't the answer, we cover the situations it misses: white label and private label programmes including RTD, bulk liquid and cask sales, brand rescue, and fast regulatory routes such as the Brazil importer of record model.
Most producers start with the Diagnostic. It's the cheapest way to find out what your export business is really worth.

Specialist Services
Beyond the core retainer, we can consult on and organise specialist work through our network of trusted partners — including DTC development, export market digital and social strategy, destination market PR and media, regulatory compliance, and packaging design for export markets.
These are scoped and budgeted separately — ask us about what's relevant to your situation.
Special situations
Some markets and channels need more than a standard export programme — a specific route, and a specialist who runs it. Some are live now. Others are routes we're building, and we're open about which is which.
Live now
Brazil's import structure defeats most producers before the first shipment. We coordinate the importer-of-record route that makes compliant entry workable.
The Nordic and Canadian state systems — Systembolaget, Alko, the provincial boards — run on their own tender cycles and listing logic. Alessandro runs these specifically; it's his specialism, not a sideline.
A dedicated DTC team and platform — a built capability, not a referral — for producers who want a controlled direct channel alongside the trade route.
In build — enquiries open
We're building a consignment and re-distribution route into the region through an identified partner, in step with our wider expansion. Not live today — but the route is real and the plan is dated. Producers who want Southeast Asia should raise it now, so we build it around committed brands.
We know the operators and the route into the US through Miami. What we need is producers ready to move. If that's you, tell us — this is one we build on committed demand.
Which route fits, and how it's structured, is agreed in your first conversation.
