Red Baron Shiraz - A fresh, fruity and ripe style, lightly oaked to show great balance, elegance and harmony. Adelaide Hills Chardonnay - beautiful notes of white nectarine, gren apple, and citrus blossom, with a hint of tropical fruits. Fiano - ripe and full-flavoured. Delicate characters of apricot and white peach with notes of citrus and lemon sorbet. Sauvignon Blanc - Fresh & vibrant, with beautiful notes of lime, juicy passionfruit, tropical guava, nashi pear and apple. Merlot - soft and generous, displaying a fleshy mid palate of raspberry, plum and mulberry. Shiraz - full-flavoured, medium bodied. Plums and blackberries are layered with lifted spices and dried herbs. Arctic Fox - Citrus, white peach, and tropical flavours illuminate the palate and provide the wine with freshness. Vixen - Layers of flavour - Raspberry, stewed plum, fruit cake, cinnamon, vanilla, anise and chinotto with a soft, creamy palate.
Tempranillo - Bright fruits, plum, and raspberry - savoury, earthy palate with dried herbs, vanilla and brown spice. Postmaster GSM - Grenache (64%) raspberry and red cherry, plum and blueberry from old vine Shiraz (24%). Mourvèdre (8%) firm tannins & earthy texture. Jim’s Script - classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, dark berry fruit flavours. JSM - rich and elegant Shiraz, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon and aromatic Cabernet Franc. Grenache - rose and violets teamed with raspberry and pomegranate. Short Row Shiraz - full-bodied and deeply flavoured, it showcases layers of dark fruit alongside hints of spice, hoisin, and earthy undertones. Three Blocks Cabernet Sauvignon - aromas of cassis, cedar, bay leaf and dark chocolate on the nose, with hints of leather, and freshly tilled earth. Old Vine Shiraz - planted in 1910, the gnarly old vines produce fruit with unique flavours and tannin textures.
