Select Terroir Reserva Especial wines present great fruit expression in the reds and freshness in the whites, with unmistakable typicity and purity in each of its varieties. The Gran Reserva line brings together tradition and modernity, reflected in complex and elegant wines. Chardonnay delicate notes of honey, ripe tropical fruit. Sauvignon Blanc complex aromas of fresh cut herbs, passionfruit, grapefruit. Cabernet Sauvignon elegant, sophisticated aromas of black fruit with hints of tobacco and coffee. Carmenere xtraordinary aromas of cherry, black pepper, and chocolate. Malbec intense aromas of cherry and blackberry, hints of toasted coffee and tobacco. 4° Elemento are premium wines from high-altitude vineyards of Maipo Alto. They reflect purity, sustainability, the grandeur of water and terroir to produce smooth and elegant wines. Cabernet Franc blueberries and cherries intermingle with dried leaves: Smooth and creamy, Cabernet Sauvignon strawberry, cherry, cranberries, spicy thyme and cinnamon. Carignan plum and raspberry with fresh forest aroma. Carmenere maqui, blackberries, fresh herbal, balsamic, and floral notes. Amplus is the premium line of Viña Santa Ema. These wines are complex and sophisticated, and come from the best terroirs in Chile. Chardonnay banana, quince, and pineapple with subtle toasted oak, rounded, lush, well balanced. Cabernet Sauvignon blueberry, plum, blackberry and dark chocolate - intense, great concentration. Carignan liqueured-cherry, raspberry, blackberry, dark chocolate, nutmeg, and toasted coffee. Carmenere very expressive and intense, blackberry and cassis with notes of tobacco, chocolate, and graphite. Marselan dried cherry and dark chocolate mixed with notes of clove and tobacco, well-structured. Merlot red and black fruit like plum and blackberry. This intense and complex blend reveals the typicity of the emblematic varieties of Chile, Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenere, together with the elegance and silkiness of Cabernet Franc. A unique blend made with the 20 best barrels of red wine at the winery. This icon wine comes from Cerro Blanco, one of the highest vineyards in the Maipo Valley. Limited production. Aged 15 months infirst-use French oak barrels.
Felix: Félix, a wine in the Ultra Premium category, is a tribute to the founder of Viña Santa Ema, Félix Pavone Arbea. This wine is a blend sourced from the high-altitude vineyards of Maipo Alto and is produced using meticulous winemaking techniques. It is an exclusive wine where 75% Cabernet Franc takes center stage, 10% Carignan, 10% Carmenere, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Crafted using meticulous techniques to maximize the potential each variety destined for this wine can offer. After vinification, the wines are aged in barrels for the Cabernet Franc and Carignan.
Rivalta: Rivalta is a wine made in tribute to Pedro Pavone-Voglino, father of Don Félix Pavone, founder of Santa Ema. Known for his pioneering instinct and abundant determination, Pedro Pavone Voglino left his home in Rivalta, Italy, sailing to the new world in 1917. When he arrived in Chile he settled in Isla de Maipo, falling in love with the landscape and the extraordinary characteristics ideal for viticulture.
