Licores Barañano’s excellent product range includes vermouth, which they have been producing since 1881. Vermut is a modernised version of the classic family recipe. Vermouth Egurrez is barrel-aged in Ardbeg whisky casks. The distillery also produces many vermouth recipes to order. Patxaran Gaizka is considered one of the great Patxarans, with long maceration with boned sloes, barrel-aged and roasted with firewood. Patxaran Barañano is a variation on a theme, with more sweetness and less smokey tones. Barañano liqueurs are first-class drinks, including herb liquer 30%, cream liquer 17%, coffee liquer 25%, Orujo pomace brandy 40%, and lemon liquer 25%.
