Tequila Parejo
Tequila Parejo was born from the legacy of the Camarena family — generations shaped by hard work, the land, and a simple conviction: do things right, without exception. Crafted in the Jalisco Highlands under Master Distiller José Asunción Camarena, Parejo is built around one idea, captured in its own tagline: "Es lo que es" — it is what it is. No premiumization, no invented mystique — just a 100% agave tequila made with genuine care, priced fairly, and true to its origin.
The range currently comprises two expressions of the same honest philosophy. Tequila Parejo Blanco (40% ABV, 1-litre format) offers a clean, dry palate built on cooked agave, wet stone, black pepper, cardamom and clove, with fresh white florals and yellow stone fruit on the nose, finishing long with orange peel and sweet spice. Parejo Blanco 100 (50% ABV / 100 proof) is the more structured, powerful sibling — the purest expression of the house style, built to reward those who want more intensity without moving away from Parejo's core character.
Both are double-distilled in stainless steel, evaluated by sensory tasting, and diluted with deep-well water treated by reverse osmosis. Symbolically, the brand carries the family scale — fairness and accurate measure — and the fig tree, a mark of deep roots and permanence: a tequila that doesn't chase trends, and doesn't need to.
